Real Life Office Space Moments
Actually heard at work:
- Uhm, I’m gonna to need you to come in this weekend, yeah that would really help out the team. What? You can’t come in because you are out of town and you’ve planned the trip for weeks on a non-refundable ticket? Well you should have noticed that we are close to finishing this project and you should have assumed that you would need to work weekends until the project is done. What about your teammates? Do you think its fair to put the burden on them? Oh, we haven’t figured out the schedule yet and we’re not sure what you will be doing, but come in anyway.
- Get the RTR team to write up a TPR with the LIDD and IDD numbers to document the problem with the RFC and transaction code FB01 in the FI module and client RDV because the MPM issue is missing in the COA validation, and submit a CCF to the CCB to get approval for the SAP fix so that the SD team can work on it.
And I almost got medieval on a printer the other day. Pretty soon I’ll be in the boiler room looking for my stapler.
