I Don’t Get It
So why is it that when you push the “credit” button on the credit machine that the checkout person still asks if you want debit or credit??? Drives me crazy, whats the point of me pushing the button if I still have to verbally answer the question. Who designed this system? Does pushing the button have no real function other than to make sure I know what I want before the checkout person asks me? Conspiracies abound.
Update: Same thing goes for calling customer service, punching your account number into the voice mail system, and then having the customer service person ask you for the information you just punched in!
