TV On The Web
There’s a growing trend of people doing videocasts on the internet. These are like podcasts, but with video instead of audio only. The shows are well produced and rival some of the stuff you see on regular TV. They are also free, but you should help out by donating if you watch these shows as they are made by people in their homes in their spare time. I like that these guys just decided to grab a camera and make TV shows. The ones I like all relate to tech, so I’m not sure if there are ones out there.
Revision3 – They have a bunch of different programs ranging from hardcore hacker stuff to more general tech info. They’re mission is to try and make this into a business, so they are the most developed in terms of a business plan and staff.
OpenAlpha.tv – This is a new one that focuses on game reviews.
from the shadows – A little bit on the hacker side of tech stuff, but they manage to make it accessible to everyone.
commandN – They present news and reviews of general stuff thats on the web, probably the least techy.
